Stellar XLM market trends show a steady performance in the cryptocurrency space, with the current price hovering around €0.0931. Stellar’s market capitalization stands at about €2.77 billion, making it a significant player in the crypto market with a circulating supply of roughly 29.71 billion XLM. Stellar has experienced a slight fluctuation in price, down 0.24% in the past day. The highest price ever recorded for Stellar was around €0.94, while its lowest was €0.00122 (as time of writing).
Stellar price history
Stellar (XLM) entered the market in 2014 and began trading at roughly a quarter of a penny. Although the Stellar price momentarily hit twice that amount at the end of 2014, it remained at $0.01 for the next three years, making no significant increases. The first notable price fluctuation for XLM occurred in May 2017, when the price increased by more than 900% in a week to roughly $0.05. XLM fell back to below $0.01 in September, but this was followed by an even bigger spike at the conclusion of the year.
On November 28, Stellar’s market capitalisation topped $1 billion for the first time. In January 2018, XLM’s price rose from $0.06 to an all-time high of $0.87. Stellar’s market capitalisation increased by than 1,400%, to more than $15.5 billion. These highs were followed by another crash, with XLM dropping 80% over the next two months. Following this, 2018 stayed pretty stable, with XLM trading about $0.11 at the start of 2019. 2019 saw no significant upward swings, either; the XLM price hit $0.14 at the end of May but fell below $0.05 by the end of the year.
Stellar’s next notable year was 2020. After plummeting 37% in a single day in March, XLM recovered to more than $0.10 by August. Another less significant dip occurred at the beginning of September, before the price skyrocketed at the end of November. For the rest of the year and into 2021, XLM had frequent rises followed by brief spells of consolidation.
Between 2021 and 2024, Stellar has well-defined price actions. In 2021 alone, the price rose to a high of $0.7930 and closed at $0.2673 with an average market capitalization of $8.4 billion. For 2022, it fell to a high of $0.2959 and closed at $0.0711. By 2023, XLM recovered to a high of $0.1848 and closed at $0.1288. So far in 2024, XLM’s peak is $0.1621, while the close at $0.0929.

Stellar’s future price prediction
The technical analysis team at Cryptonewsz.com believes Stellar (XLM) will reach $0.405044 by the end of the year. Though price projections are subject to market volatility and may not always be accurate, they believe Stellar will continue its growth trajectory. CoinCodex thinks XLM will trade between $0.10053 and $0.375506 by 2030. CoinPedia, on the other hand, has a more optimistic perspective, predicting an average price of $0.982.
